Cancellation Policy
Please note our office requires a 48 hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment. Failure to give a 48 hour notice or "No Show" your appointment, will result in a fee. All appointments will result in full the amount of your booked service(s). All other services will be assessed a 50% fee for any appointment cancelled/rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance. Any client who No-Shows their initial appointment will be fired from office and will be unable to book future appointments.
